When I arrived at the hotel the area was very dirty, when I got inside the man at the front desk seem to not care about anything. What got me was when he gave me the room key but when I got to the room it was not clean, the bed was not made it smell like sitting water and smoke. Everything about this place made me feel uncomfortable I had to leave sorry your not getting my money

My wife and I spent a weekend here while attending an event downtown and arrived late (after midnight) both nights to find absolutely no general parking available. Granted it was summer and near a major airport, but they were clearly at max capacity and thus we were forced to park wherever we could safely fit (i.e. along a curb in back while many others were in the grass). Of course the free WIFI was overwhelmed too so that was useless. We also ended up with a connecting room despite booking months ago and the doors were paper thin, so when somebody sneezed it sounded like they were in the room with us. Also the floor was gritty like it hadn't been swept/vacuumed enough, and the fridge had no freezer. Otherwise the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was sub-par to average (not much more than waffles, bread and cereal left by 8:30). We usually stay downtown for this event but it's very expensive to do so and we were trying to save money, but I guess now we know better for next time.

It was cheap. Didn’t see bugs ?♀️ When checking in the girl seemed more interested with talking to the guy standing by the desk. Their convo didn’t seem to be work related, but I couldn’t 100% tell because it was in Spanish. There was only two open parking spots open, so had to park in a kinda sketchy spot. When I was taking my bags inside, there was two guys sitting by the door with beer in a bag that they were drinking. Once inside there was a guy sitting on the stairs watching people come in. Once I was in my room, I had settled in when around 930ish hit I heard someone messing with my door. A family was trying to get into my room because my room had been double booked. The front desk called my room after the family went to tell them, I answered with a “hello?” And the first thing she said was “what was your name again?” The whole thing seemed unprofessional and confusing I ended up only staying for the night (instead of the full weekend like I was planning). Breakfast was a couple things of yogurt and maybe some juice. VERY little selection. Had hoped for at least some fruits. When I checked my card, it turned out I was overcharged. They charged for the full weekend instead of just the night. Played a game a phone tag trying to get ahold of the proper people who would be able to issue the refund. The manager had to “check with housekeeping” to be sure I actually left when I said I did. The manager was able to issue the refund quickly but my whole experience felt unprofessional and brushed over.

Free Breakfast was non-existent, the room was well over 90 degrees upon entrance, other than that everything was ok.

Police patrolling and harassing people in the parking lot

Cleanliness Space Shower water wasn’t hot

There were people sitting on the floors on the second floor, which scared me and my children on the first floor you have gentlemen going in the women’s bathroom. It just was a awful experience and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there until they can do better and clean up the hotel.

Fairly inexpensive, proximity to airport, shuttle van to airport in the morning Toilet clogged first time I used it, hallway seemed unclean (floor), some kind of bug crawled across the desk as I was sitting at it

Excellent staff tequila was very welcoming and helpful, the room was average but clean

Great location. The facility is showing its age but is clean. Due for some upgrades.

You can tell this hotel is very outdated and in need of repairs. My room door wouldn’t not even shut all the way. The hallway reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. Breakfast was very poor and beds are worn out. The shuttle service was a plus though, saved me money from paying to park two different times at the airport. This is an okay hotel to stay in for one night, but no more than that!

I spent one night for an early flight out of RDU. The bed was hard. Lumpy pillows and the drawer in the nightstand would not stay closed. The property needs updating badly.

It was all good

Property had lot of features but was not maintained at all. Breakfast had stale bread, milk container was dirty like a hell. Toaster not working. Rooms was spacious but was smelly. Reception had nice people but that’s the only grace. One of the cleaning lady was smoking something and it had a weird smell.

Shuttle was quick and efficient- staff were nice. Beds comfortable This hotel could do with a make over- it is tired- could use double glazing- it’s right under the runway. They could also do with better window covers to block the out door lights. Breakfast was the saddest thing I have seen - the toaster was a four slice but only one side worked/ no fruit- no brown bread- coffee was a crime! They should just go to Walmart and buy a new toaster already!
