Locks on bathrooms in dorms should be working no question. Other than that was great. No lock on bathroom door in dorm

Busy Bathroom in the room.

The hostel was nice my favorite place The second lounge place that you guys have in the back .Be nice if there is something a little bit more fun a nice lounge place for people to read or I just it felt empty.

I loved the vibe of it everything was nice and a lot of young people my age made it really comfortable with so much clean space. Nothing

The sleeping quarters were good. Shared space was good. The jacuzzi was disgusting and the water was cold. Human hair and dead skin littered the water. The other jacuzzi was broken and unusable. The staff was unprofessional at times; one of them got in the jacuzzi and blew his nose in the water when there were multiple other guests in the jacuzzi.

Perfect location to walk around Montreal from, astonishingly clean premises and rooms for a hostel, decent and plentiful breakfast at low cost, excellent staff

Sometimes people in your room or outside your room are very noisy and you hear everything but I guess that's how hostel works

The staff were extremely nice the room and the washroom were super clean The room was a bit cold and the bed cover was a bit thin. The room was set at 21°C which I found was a bit cold

Room was clean and the bathroom was also pretty clean considering the amount of daily use it gets. I also liked how there were multiple separate showers accessible on the same floor. Sadly the nearby area has definitely fallen on hard times and seen better days. Lots of homeless everywhere and rampant needle drug use in the immediate area, but that is true of a lot of downtowns now. But it is something to be aware of, and if I was a single woman I probably would not walk around in the area alone especially at night.

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom.
