I feel very secure because the elevator only operates with the key card. The shower facilities are excellent, esp. the showerheads! There is a water machine that lets me refill my water bottle for free! As well as an ice machine, which is really great in the summer. The staff is very polite and helpful; she explained everything clearly. And the room was very spacious. Nothing
