The breakfast was sent to the room every day. They have different kinds of bread and fruit juices for the breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. You can get free bottle water and other needed things whenever you talk to them. The location is perfet for tourists to visit the old port, also near to many good restaurants and stores. We are not familar or get used to some of the facilities. For example, there is no way to make the room warmer with the air conditioning during summer. The control of washroom light, fan or power is a bit complex. The room is not that big and there is only one elevator. It is not a very big hotel, and somehow expensitive, probably due to the location and breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location in a quiet street but very near the popular part of Old town Montreal with all it's character, restaurants and attractions. The decor was lovely and the room very comfortable. The cleaning staff kept it immaculate. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, in particular Elena on reception and George in the restaurant. It was not too far a walk to the station. The food in the restaurant was delicious and Theo the bar manager made perfect cocktails. These are extremely minor quibbles. If you are tea drinkers like we were no milk was provided, only creamer, and a coffee machine. However on request we were provided with milk and a kettle with teabags.

Welcoming and very competent staff throughout the property. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms and a top restaurant make this a top choice in Montréal. The continental breakfast was a presented in a novel fashion, but was a bit lacking…

Great location and staff, beautiful building and facilities. We booked 2 rooms and had 2 different experiences. The deluxe queen room was wonderful. The second room booked was the standard queen room however we were provided a room with a Murphy bed that had a broken frame. While we were very disappointed, hotel management did what they could to accommodate us for the inadequate sleeping conditions. Hopefully they fix or replace the frame and advertise the room appropriately and at a reduced price for the Murphy bed so future customers have the right expectation.

Location. Very quiet. Nice style. Staff. Breakfast box was just OK. A muffin and juice. I think the same concept could be expanded a little bit more.
