Staff were great and very helpful from reception to vary parking do everything they can to help. Everytime I stay staff has alway been great. For what you pay to stay the rooms and getting run down. Still fine but for cost would expect more and need an update. I was in 2 different rooms recently and both times same thing. I’ve been coming for at least 10 years at your hotel many times and rooms used to be better which would be fine if rates to stay weren’t that high.

The room is very tired. Bathtub is not good for seniors and was chipped. No mat or bars for safety in the tub. Bed and pillows were great. Bar was excellent service and product. All staff were great. Just tired environment. Bathroom needs upgrading.

The staff was excellent- especially the concierge Nadia and Veronica Who were both very personable and helpful! The bed could’ve been a little more comfortable on my back and the room had a bit of a stuffy smell. Otherwise everything seem clean. Also, our television didn’t work… It could’ve been no battery in the remote, but we didn’t bother having someone come fix it.
