I didn’t like the location very much. The carpets of the room weren’t cleaned. The bathroom got clogged. Also the elevators weren’t working properly.

Convenient to Chinatown and Old Montreal. Staff at the front desk went out of their way to get us a room for an early arrival. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. And the parking was not too expensive and easily accessible for someone in a wheelchair or walker. I will definitely stay again.

The location worked very well and ease of parking. Room was comfy and it was nice to get a full breakfast downstairs and a cocktail in the evening. No freezer compartment in fridge

This hotel is in poor condition—dirty rooms, a dilapidated and filthy entrance. It is horrible.

Check in is 3. We waited and waited. Did not get a room until 5pm. Claimed they were busy.

Staff was phenomenal; friendly and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable and excellent location to Old Montreal and the metro. Food selection times and options within the hotel.

It was a very niche property, the lobby was very cool made to look like a Chinese garden. The breakfast was very very limited and extremely overpriced.

Location and decor Breakfast was not good value for the money

I love the location as well as the balcony view. The room faucet only has cold water most of the time and during the night the sound of the nearby elevator makes it sounds like someone is vacuuming. Also the AC running so loud that each time it turns on, it woke our entire family.

They even had our room ready 2 hours before check in

The elevator to the underground parking lot was out of order which caused stress for hotel guests. There was no signage for clarification downstairs or phone numbers for people with heavy bags down there with no staff support. We had to walk up the ramp with all our luggage (no carts down there) and out the vehicles only door which was a safety risk. Guests should have been offered more support around this safety issue. The cost per night is high in that area of Montreal so safety measures need to be at a high standard,
