Close to everything. Lobby is hot with no AC or ceiling fan.

Location, size of room. Bathroom lacked shelves to put toiletries, and bathroom door didn’t slide entirely closed and no privacy.

The rooms are outdated. AC is in the wall under the window right next to the bed what makes the sleep uncomfortable because of loud noise

Great shower Room and bathroom were large. Front desk was accommodating and helpful. We saw ants in our room Coffee pods not replaced daily Room was dark Difficulty with controlling temperature in room.

The room was larger than expected, the bed very comfortable, and the amenities just right.

Location Bathroom barn door was bizarre, particularly the placement of it. Definitely not soundproof and did not offer sufficient privacy. Air conditioner was so loud, had to turn off to be able to sleep, the consequence was it was too warm to sleep comfortably. The breakfast buffet was limited considering the $25 charge.

The staff made it so simple to check in, the location of the hotel was also perfect in old Montreal. The side of the room was generous, and the amenities offered were amazing. It looks like the hotel has undergone a recent renovation and it looked great. The entrance to the hotel was a little bit suspicious in an alleyway, but that turned out to be the least of my worries.

Excellent location, within a few minutes walk of hundreds of places to eat and drink as well as many nearby tourist activities. Staff were great and provided us with everything we needed.
