The bartender Carla was very nice. She motivated the guest to play games and to have a nice evening. The rooms are very small and it's super hot inside.

It had everything you needed, the place was clean and the location was good. They had designated two lockers for each beds as there isn’t much space in the room (small ones in the room and bigger ones in the corridor). There were also curtains on each bed for privacy, mine was missing though. They also let you leave your bags in the downstairs lockers if you got there early or if you were leaving late, so you didn’t have to wander around with them. Food was like 5 minutes away in all directions. The kitchen utensils were not clean and the communal couches also not so.

Friendly staff, central location, clean, modern place, interesting underground chill-out zone with lots of amenities. Pretty much everything about it... except for one thing. My 8-bed dorm room and bed were next to the window (open to let in cool air), directly opposite a nightclub, and people were super loud till 5 am! It was really something! This was until the bins were emptied and the streets were cleaned :/ I managed to get a bit of fragmented sleep with noise-cancelling earphones, and I felt rough. There was a private room on the other side of the building, maybe go there if you want sleep. I was only there 2 nights, but unless you can sleep through that level of noise, like right next to a party, I'd stay elsewhere.

Location was fabulous!! Staff were so friendly and smiley. All information was super clear. The check in and check out process were super easy. I think the rooms in person were a little darker than what was shown on the website, but this didn't overly matter to me as I spent most of my time outside in the city.
