    Nothing

Si bien antes de la estadía los hosts fueron muy receptivos y amables en un momento dejaron de responder...se habían comprometido a ayudarnos con las maletas luego del check-out pero desaparecieron.

Excellent location Would have liked to have shampoo and bath soap. There was only hand soap at sink in bathroom

Parking is a little complicated, but essential. Kader makes it as easy (and cheap) as possible.

Great location. So close to the main square. Montpellier itself is so wonderful place to be. Small hotel. Simple expectation. Good value.

Location on point - could recommend the apartment and location enough.

Excellent location. Single very small room (#35 )w/ private very small bathroom w/ shower for low price. Elevator, very few steps, helpful staff. Room was clean (except toilet below water line - see below), and bed wss comfortable enough. Room was pleasntly warm. Shower water was hot and plentyful. Towels replaced every 2nd day. 1. No hook for hand towel by sink - I used the hairdryer wallmounted holster 2. No hook for bath towel - fortunately the door between tiny room and tiny bathroom had been removed but the hinges in the jamb remained and served as a hook 3. The winfow into the air shaft opens but doesn't latch closed, let alone lock. This caused wind to blow window open intil I figured out how to lower the external black-out shutter. 4. Toilet was clean above waterline but dirty below water line. I scrubbed it with provided toilet brush but it needs a thorough cleaning 4. Toilet seat is old, chipped on underside, needs replacement 5. No convenient place for toilet paper... it was positioned on top of toilet tabk despite space for a small shelf right in front of toilet. Also, old worn-out doors on below-sink caninet could be removed and the shelf there could be useful - it's another wasted space 7 the room locks with a metal key butbthe lock itself is loose and sometimes balky - nedds repair 8. The metal single bed frame is wider than its mattress, causing one to bump into the center leg and the frame itself when maneuvering around in the tight space 9. I relayed this list of downsides to the ftont desk when I left. The hotel was in the process of having the entire srairwll repainted. Hopefully they'll be able to iron out these wrinkles. The staff are very friendly and helpgul, and a decent breakfast spread for €10 is on offer 7:30-10:30h. I don't eat that early but other guests were satisfied with it, and with their larger (& pricier) rooms. You get what you pay for!

The hots are amazing, so kind and welcoming. Feels like you are in your home, not at a hotel. One, if not my best experience. Nothing. Everything ahout it is great.

The toilet didn’t work, we ask them to fixed or change us to the other room and they couldn’t fixed and the didn’t have another room for us so they offer us to move us to another hotel across the street, I asked the owner if at the other hotel we will have the breakfast included because we had already paid for the breakfast, she said she’ll keep the money bcs she was moving us to a better hotel! The new hotel didn’t have elevator and we have a back problems so it wasn’t good for us

Great location, lovely old building which appeared to be freshly painted inside. The location alone makes it worth booking. The noise from the square didn’t bother us. The furniture appeared to be from IKEA and didn’t match the grandeur of the apartment. A table was broken, the beds were very hard. There wasn’t air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom. There was no shower soap or shampoo which was very inconvenient and we expected (from other AirBnBs) at least a bottle of water in the fridge for arriving in 35 degree heat. Only 2 coffee pods for the coffee machine for a family of 4 for 5 nights also seemed very unwelcoming for the cost of the accommodation. Basically you need to bring/buy everything you need. The supermarket is just 2 minutes away so not a problem but very inconvenient to buy soaps/shampoo, etc. for just 5 nights. Coming in at night, there wasn’t light in the building entrance so we needed to use the phone torch light. The main door handle from the apartment came off and there was only one set of keys which was problematic as my family were out and about while I was at a conference. And, there was no water at all for almost a day. The staff were responsive and apologetic but we didn’t even receive a bucket of water for flushing the toilet during that time…

Located in an European Old World-style building, it has facilitated access through a cool elevator. The room itself is small but comes with ample bathroom space and a charming window. The hotel is located immediately outside Montpellier's main plaza and is a brief walk from Gare Saint-Roch. The hotel has a more complicated access after midnight. They provide you with a bulky key instead of a card.

The location, and the flat itself ( not the bathroom) The bathroom was dirty, we spent an hour to clean it. Then we found out the faucet of the shower was not clean and caused floods. We mentioned to the local contact and agreed to find us a solution the following day before lunch time …no answer we had to write to the person. And we agreed to leave the same day (so one night spent) as we didn’t want to miss our time being in this beautiful city . The host in general is not really made for the hospitality industry. We had towels missing, and they could’be brought them in the morning to show us they were at least working on the case.

Central location, large and comfortable, good AC for summer heat. Kitchen utensils were sparse - only two steak knives, nothing else to cut with, only one pot lid. Lock box for key was high and difficult to reach. Apartment door handle comes off easily and the door lock dead bolt was very difficult to engage. Communication was also difficult. We were supposed to be met for check in and at the last hours, it changed to lock box without clear direction. Other important apartment information was missing and it took several attempts to get WiFi information. Property manager assumed there was an information book in the apartment, but it was missing.

The location is perfect, as long as noise is not an issue for you! The apartment was well located on the first floor, adjacent to the Place de la Comédie, and had a small elevator which was convenient to transport our luggage (or even ourselves after a long day), but mostly we took the gentle 22? low-rise steps to the apartment. Our apartment, inside a historic building, had all the modern conveniences while featuring high ceilings and the intricate molding on the walls and ceilings. Both bedrooms faced the plaza, and the balcony doors opened to let in a lovely breeze, but the noise and the current construction might be bothersome to some. For us, it was part of the charm of being located so close to the center of all the action. Most importantly, there were no internal ladders for treacherous steps to access the bedrooms. :-) There is also modern FUNCTIONAL air conditioning, although we didn't need it in May. The kitchen was functional, although sparsely outfitted, but the Monoprix supermarket was down the street, plus there is an abundance of bakeries and cheese shops close by. Most of the sites in the Écusson are no more than 10- 15 minutes walk, and you have access to the tram network, and the Comédie stop is just a few steps away. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I visit Montpellier. The locks to the front doors of the apartment are tricky (there are two). Even though the host showed us how to access the dual door situation, it was still challenging, especially when the door handle fell off during the demonstration. Although he promised to send someone to repair the handle, no one arrived until two days before we left. Make sure you try it for yourself when the host is present. It took 3 of us several tries over several days until we finally mastered it. The kitchen could be better equipped with some additional housewares and supplies. There was only some salt and sugar found in the cupboards. There was only one largish pot but an abundance of pans. Having even a starter supply of coffee or tea would be welcoming for guests. Maybe a pitcher for mixing drinks would be nice. We were prepared and we had brought our own, and this crazy guest even travels with her own ice cube trays. ;-) We like ice, and no trays were found in the freezer. We were disappointed that we could not open the doors to the balconies from the kitchen and living area. It would be nice to allow fresh air in and allow us to dry our clothes. Overall, the minor issues did not distract significantly from our experience. With a few more tweaks, the apartment would be outstanding.

Location Advertised as 3 beds, but owner refused to provide sheets for third bed the first night. Poor communication, lack of responsiveness. Dirty comforter and blanket. Shower flooded and moldy. Kettle had gunk in it.
