Nice, clean, updated facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was a little out of the way, but with ride share we could get where we needed to go.

Nothing really, but when I first saw the hotel, I was a bit concerned because the exterior paintwork looked quite worn. However, once I was inside, I realized there was no cause for concern.

The position not that far from the tramway. The quality of the breakfast. Unfortunately l, the quality of the second bed was terrible. The mattress was really old. Not acceptable the level of hotel.

A lovely hotel, reachable by tram from the city center. Very clean and very nice atmosphere. We spent just one night there, but it was a very lovely experience!

Hotel claims to be pet friendly but it didn’t allow pets in the restaurant.

Comfortable & spacious room, nice breakfast. They were flexible enough to start breakfast daily @ 5:30 AM instead of 6 AM to suit our schedule. Nothing much, but location isn’t great (no special views and not lots of walking distance stores or restaurants; a private car is very useful). Value for money is average as well; a bit pricey.
