Very friendly, clean, efficient, food, drink, the pool and the outdoor restaurant. The rooms are spacious, sound proofing and clean. I also liked the black out curtains! Unfortunately, there was no coffee machine in the room…but that’s not that much of a problem.

Location is withi walking distance of centre Bear in mind construction going on opposite hotel Staff very helpful Rooms were very well planned out and I love the vibe in the hotel Breakfast was excellent and really relaxed for all guests:loads of seating areas and no queues unlike other hotel Would have liked access to coffee on the floors where the water fountain is: bring your own coffee:just having access to hot water or machine... The common areas could be a little cleaner:rugs grubby Need to tell reception when you want room to be cleaned

The location was very central to the main square. Quick 8 minute walk to the square. Only 5 min walk from the train station. Honestly everything was perfect

Breakfast was good with a range of choices. The location was close and easy to get to important places such as train and the main center. The staff were pleasant and helpful There was a blackout for 2 hours approx. Not enough was done to keep us informed

Staff, cosy, location Inflexible rules regarding reschesuling the stay and checkout time. No Windows opening. No view. Narrow corridors and sleeping. AC adjustment not possible
