The property manager was very kind and accommodating. They were doing renovations next to the building and there is no pool.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and larger than expected. Staff was nice. It's a little tricky to drive out of the hotel because you need to ignore the "Do Not Enter" sign. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Our biggest disappointment was the staff. The manager was not particularly friendly and came across as someone who really dislikes his job. The bright spot during our stay was a sweet woman who appeared to be in training when we checked in. She was the only employee who seemed genuinely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the older gentleman working the night shift was equally unhelpful. After returning late from a game, we couldn't find a parking spot and our room key wasn't working. Instead of offering assistance, he stood at the door and watched us struggle to get inside. When we mentioned that the only available parking was in a premium member spot because the lot was full, he sarcastically replied that they were "fully booked" and walked away. The hotel itself has potential, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail significantly impacted our experience. The employees are doing this property a disservice.
