Facilities are good They lied to us with the breakfast for 4 adults, I got charged for that amenity and in the morning they told us that the breakfast was for 2 adults and 2 children, talked to the person at the front offices told them about the situation and they couldn’t care less about it, it was a really bad experience!!

The location of the hotel is good The bed was in very bad condition, had to call maintenance to help fixing it the best they could. When we tried to have lunch, we could not, there was an event and were told that they could not receive us. Had to eat outside the hotel (a total joke). The pressure of the water in the shower was very low, and the water was not hot when my wife took her shower in the morning

Great hotel, great views. Staff very friendly and clean installation. Did NOT include breakfast so make sure that your breakfast is included before you pay for it because it isn’t cheap.

When you arrive to front desk you can see is a nice hotel. But when you go to your room you can see it's a really old hotel. Carpets on the hallways are very dirty, decorations, furniture's are old, the mattress aren't comfortable sheets and towels are old as well I will not stay there again ?

Good location if you do not need to be at the city center or into San Pedro zone. Comfortable and clean with a great staff. The facilities will need a renovation soon for maintaining Marriott level.

The overall design of the facilities, it was gorgeus. The staff should be more aware of emergency situations. My wife fell really sick and I asked in the reception for a doctor or emergency service and I didn't get a response or guidance on how to get a doctor or directions to the nearest emergency room. I'd appreciate more readiness on staff's behalf, since we weren't locals and didn't know where to get an emergency room.

Really, really old interior. The rooms look like from the 80s and urgently need a renovation, especially the bathrooms. Hotel restaurant is mediocre at best and staff does not match service levels in other parts of the country. Despite having booked on Booking.com including breakfast the hotel did not recognize it and extra-charge for breakfast- despite forwarding the Booking.com mail where conditions are clearly started.
