The main issue for me travelling as a solo female for work was feeling exposed to the 'street' , the rooms are off the car park, there is no control of who can enter the complex and this made me feel a little unsafe. Overall, though the Inn is well placed on the edge of town. It is near Captain and Stoker and Alta for brilliant breakfast options and Stokes Abode and Cella for superb dinner options. Its a good option to consider.

A lot of money for a tiny room without any thing more than a bed. If you don’t get there early there is no parking for you even though they say there is.

I really enjoy the spacious room and the juices in the lobby.

The location is great, but when asked for towels and room service things didn't go as planned. Also, the one parking spot available for customers was not accessible to us which created difficulty, as this is a busy downtown area with many parking restraints.

Super clean, spacious and safe! Great deal and the office staff were very friendly.

Appreciated the air con, coffee and cold drinks. We loved our time in Monterey.

Wverytime we visit Monterey, which is often, we always stay here. Great location and great bang for your buck.

Shows they have breakfast included but they don’t have breakfast at all just juice and coffee. Good distance from restaurants and cannery row. Worth it if you get room for a good price. Ocean view is not real ocean view unless your on third floor.

Love to stay here whenever I visit Monterey. It is and close to many spots.

The door was damaged! Couldn’t even close it correctly! Didn’t even have good cable channels it was more like antenna channels.. Coffee machine was nice in the room but disgusting coffee!!! Had to definitely get the coffee in the front office I guess I didn’t mind it. Then my husband asked for towels 5seconds later the lady came knocking really hard on our door he asked her what’s she needed she just looked at him and walked away which was very weird!!!! Mind you this was at 9am we don’t even need to check out till 11am I highly don’t recommend anyone to stay here !!!!

Our family of four (two adults and two kids) stayed here for one night, and it was a fantastic, budget-friendly choice. The property has no traditional amenities like a pool or gym, but it delivers excellent value for the price you pay. What we loved:Ideal Location: Located in a very safe area. We easily walked to the wharf, nearby eateries, and the grocery store.Room Quality: The room was surprisingly spacious for a family and very clean with fridge and microwave. Convenience: There was ample parking available, and the lobby had a juice machine and coffee, which was a nice touch.If you just need a clean, safe, and spacious place to sleep without paying for extra frills, this hotel is a perfect choice. We would stay here again.

No carpets, I could hear noise thru walls and windows

Clean room and parking was right in front of room which made it great.

Clean place to stay. Very loud, which is my main complaint.

Hotel staff are rude , they also have smoking area right outside the guest rooms. Furthermore, I had to walk outside my room around 11pm to talk to someone smoking right outside our door. Having a son with asthma , any smoke will trigger his asthma , so I had to ask the person to move . So very unpleasant stay
