Not receiving small towels after the cleaning of the room.

The food. The food was good but I did notice that they recycle food. For example some of the fruit and chicken were not fresh the whole time. And within 3 days staying there I have been experiencing stomach problems and diarrhea

The all inclusive No comforter for the bed. Had to ask for things housekeeping should've restocked when they went to clean the room. No information about the resort was given at check in. There are people at the gate trying to sell Marijuana. The people staying there are loud in the hotel hallway at night. I was awaken every night at 3am-4am from guest talking, singing, and playing in the hallway.

It was horrible the worst Riu property we’ve stayed at. Loud everyday, & every night even though there was signs saying no noise after 11pm. Walls were super thin you can hear the loud door’s everytime someone open and closed them. Room was supposed to have been an upgrade and it still looked like the small room on the website. Food was just ok. I feel like it was a low budget Riu property I feel like it was not worth what I paid.

Everything besides the room I did not like that the property did not have an ATM on site. we paid extra for an ocean view and the balcony had an obstructed view of just concrete from the building below. Our room was also right under the air conditioner unit which got really loud at night if you didn’t pass out from the open bar before hand.

The location was great. Only like 5-10 minutes from the airport. The entertainment was good! Nothing the property can control but the guest were EXTREMELY LOUD around 2-4 am. We stayed on the first floor behind the cheap in desk and could hear EVERYTHING.

Place is very clean The staff give misleading information right through

The entertainment staff was amazing. Bubbles and shanika made the whole thing a fantastic experience as well as the servers naomey remembered my name the whole time I was here. The resort is a 40 to 60 dollar round trip from montego bay so if you want to go shopping or into town you have to budget that into your expenses.

I liked the location of the property. The employees had excellent customer service. The room could’ve had more pillows on the bed. The pillows we had weren’t very comfortable. The AC sucked. We had to make sure the lights were off as much as possible and the balcony couldn’t be used because if we opened the door to the balcony the heat would stay in the room tremendously long.
-
It was boring, nothing to do, we had to leave the resort for entertainment. The snack bar was all the same stuff every day. I didn't have one piece of Jerk Chicken or oxtails, the experience was not to my liking. I had to walk too far to the elevator when leaving my room so I ended up just taking the stairs.

I ended up checking in on June 12 instead of the 11 due to flight issue. They still charged me for the 11th and said I needed to make the changes through booking.
-
Buffet, Pool, Beach The drinks were watered. The bar had roaches. The checkin person was rude. The power went out twice. We asked for towels and never got them. The A/C went out. They overcharged to add another person to our room, when we were told to wait until we got there and it would be free. And the pool closes too early at 6pm.

We had a BLAST. It was allllllllllllllllllllllllllll i wanted it to be. FOOD as great!!!!!!!! Oxtail was so good!!!!! The drunks- The bar should cut the liquor off to those who display being intoxicated. Some can cause major issue and making gust uncomfortable
