Would have been a good price for property if booking.com hadn’t added $100 to the original cost through the hotel directly. Directly $85 and through booking.com $200 Was not well maintained. Patio door was broken, and security guard slept all night.

I did not get any of the rooms that I booked. I got some old broken down rooms. It was not exciting. It was more like staying at a little house.

I liked the fact that it was quite I didn’t like the fact that the restaurant closed early especially when travelling alone you need to be able to access food nearby

The staff were friendly!! The property is very dated, the water went out during my stay, it came on while I was out and when I returned the bathroom was flooded. There was no hot water, the beds were uncomfortable with bed bugs, and despite housekeeping, I found someones underwear behind the chair in the room. The TV was a 25 inch computer monitor, and the channels didn't work. I ended up at this hotel due to all other properties being booked out. I left immediately as a room became available at an all inclusive.

Convenient location and parking! No generator when electricity goes out…

Was comfortable, only problem is that the TV, CABLE, nothing work.

I love the vibe at the pool. Property is very rundown and rooms have old issues that were fixed poorly.

The hotel is outdated it was not all inclusive . There was no one at the bar and the TV did not work

The staffs are very nice and welcoming. I made a request for valentines preparation it was not met and I was disappointed

No food available Loud music, worn out sheets and towels, cable did not work missing light bulbs.

Gloriana’s glory days are long gone. It’s dirty and outdated. Many things were broken. Sheets were stained. Could not adjust water temperature in the bathroom due to broken taps. The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close.

We had a nice balcony with a large room. The pool was great. Food was easy to buy, very reasonably priced and tasted great! The wood work was beautiful. Well, ants a little, and stairs only but healthier so no worries.

The place needs to be properly maintained and it’s dirty the bed linens need to be washed the bathroom needs cleaning the place needs proper management
