Best hotel in Moline downtown.
-
Nice, clean, and quiet. Would stay again.
-
Front desk person needs to learn how to talk to people.
-
Pool was closed for more than half the stay and they did not offer anything to make up for that just said sorry it’s down currently.
-
Also, the breakfast room was clean and the offerings were varied and well supplied. (A travel partner commented that he was disappointed there was no waffle maker, but I did not miss it myself )

We stayed at the hotel because there was a big race in Viola. It was hot and humid that weekend. The little snack bar by the front desk was not stocked with any bottled water and the staff said they would restock it but it would not be cold. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was very good, but not as good as top flight hotels (no waffles or sausage). Room could have used some more USB (C)
-
Clean and quiet rooms.

Our grandkids had a ball! They loved the hotel: the indoor/outdoor pool, the outdoor seating area, yummy breakfast choices, and the comfy beds and pillows! We will definitely be back!
-
Nice pool and hot tub. Decent but not spectacular breakfast. Very convenient location. All at a very inexpensive price. Great place to stay.

Very clean and attention to detail was great. Had the wilderness suite. The windows opened all the way so it let the fountain noise from outside come in. Even the ac/heater filters were clean of dust. The carpets could use a good shampooing as they had a moldy smell. And the chairs and couch needed shampooing also as it has a slight smell and stains. Overall will stay there again when I’m in the quad cities!

Loud music in lobby, could hear in our room all night. Reported to front desk never got turned down. Breakfast good, young attendant was very attentive. Bar off of lobby had a sign stating it was opend every night. When it did not open on our first night, the front desk said it was ckose Sunday through Tuesday. Our room was very clean.

Beautiful place highly recommend

Room: Very clean, but room smelled like smoke but wasn't bad enough to switch rooms. Smoke detector was covered with plastic. Both reported to front desk. Bathroom: Clean, but peeling texture on ceiling and terrible caulk job at base of toilet. Front Desk: Very good experience, check in went fast and smooth. Elevator: Very slow. Overall: will stay here again. Overall facility, very nice and comfortable.

The lobby and outdoor patio is nice, but the pool area and guest rooms are showing their age.

The hot tub was broke the whole time. Another woman staying there said it was broke down on Friday still down on Monday. The door to the pool looked worn down and not fixed. The gym room hardly had anything in it.The bed was comfortable. The room was nice. TV was small. Coffee sucked. Breakfast was ok. Hot food was ok potato’s biscuits and gravy biscuits were dry gravy ok. Then there was sausage, bacon the next day eggs both days were not all that great and the food that was up there for cereal and bagels. Looks like I’ve been there for a while. Also the towels in the pool room or ran out and not filled in quite a while.
-
The room was spacious, but could use a refresh. The lamp shades had some damage and the carpet needed to be cleaned. Location and parking were very good.
-
Her sole purpose of booking this was to use the hot tub I was told to me get a refund and I'm so currently trying to get a hold of. Expedia to get my refund.

Very unique! Outdoorsy, nature theme throughout! Didn’t feel like a normal everyday hotel! We had the extended king room & loved it! So nice to have the extra sitting area with a couch & a tv and it also had a tv in the bed area! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly & helpful! The room was very clean & tidy! Was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working but those things happen unexpectedly. Thought the pool could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t use the bar because we had drinks outside of our stay but love that it’s available! Breakfast was great with lots of options! Had about everything you could ask for! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! And will!
