Reviews

Property was clean with a great meeting spot in the courtyard with a fire pit and tables.
-
Great hotel to stay at! Staff and facilities were excellent!
-
Great location, nice lobby, great breakfast and afternoon snack The room could use updating (carpet and sofa).

The location was easy to find, close to I-80. Hotel was on edge of a quiet residential district and we were pleased to be able to easily walk and take a bike ride with a gravel bike on a nearby bike path. The full refrigerator was appreciated, to put frozen food and cold items away on our trip cross country to the Rockies. The facility is showing some age, but we were only there one night so it was of little consequence to us. The air conditioning system was rather noisy, also.

Wish there was a hot tub.

The kitchen was lacking a few items but the front desk accomodated us. This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants

I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place.
-
Great location, very clean, relatively quiet after 10 pm, breakfast choices were good, and when open the pool was nice. The spa was closed the whole time we were there and so was the pool on Sunday. We would there again, But when a pool is advertised, it should be open. See spa and pool issues

Clean rooms, great staff

Very nice facility, but spendy for one night. I didn’t need the mini-apartment.
-
Lobby was very stark. Under construction look. Very expensive for what was offered. We were part of a group but got charged a very high rate. We belong to Bonvoy and this is our first bad experience.

My experience at The Residence Inn Marriott was generally great. First of all, the young woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. She even paid 80 cents of my candy bar when I didn’t have enough money! Second, I loved my room with its dishwasher and microwave, really comfortable bed, big couch and Tv on a swivel so that it can be watched from anywhere in the room. The windows looked out on a pretty view of a pond; since the weather was beautiful, I opened the windows and fell asleep to the sound of bullfrogs and crickets. The one drawback was the bathtub, which looked a little scummy. However, the complementary breakfast was really good, with homemade biscuits and a big vat of oatmeal. Fruit, though, would be a nice addition.

Air not working or they control it. Moved to another room same thing. Staff tried to accommodate but not much they could do at the time.
-
Room was very nice, full kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher. Even had a 2 burner cooktop with a couple pans to use. Bed was comfortable, nice breakfast each morning and staff was very friendly.
-
Rooms were clean and roomy. was a nice layout and was well stocked. more than enough space for two people. shower was very dark, and had poor water pressure. not enough hot water. bed was very hard and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable.
-
Good breakfast. Parking was easy. Only complaint is that the room needs some TLC. Furniture is older and stained, plumbing fixtures were loose and tub was chipped
