The drain in the shower was clogged and water was just building up. Dust on the night stand and telephone. Staff was helpful.

Very easy to find . There were a lot of food options and stores in the area! Easy check in , the room was very nice. No microwaves in room . The microwave down stairs was dirty. The lobby was very loud after 11pm

Convenient location to stores and restaurants. The customer service experience was horrible. Upon check in the front desk staff was extremely rude, condescending and impolite. The dining experience was uncomfortable. Restaurant/bar employee was very rude, vulgar and unprofessional. Consistent use of profanity on personal mobile device. Short and impatient with customers.

Staff was incompetent and followed no guidelines

The hotel was good! Staff was friendly, room was clean, and location was convenient.

Overall the staff was helpful. But we had to wait about 30 minutes to go into our room because it wasn't ready yet. The door to our room was hard open so that was messed up. Around the lounge area outside was pretty big but there were cigarette buttons and empty beer bottles left out there so it wasn't cleanest. We had a good stay...it wasn't great but it was good.

Bad

The room wasn’t even cleaned after its previous guests. The housekeeper didn’t even stock toilet paper in the bathroom. They also only stocked 2 towels for 4 guests.

Cable did't work well, toilet was the shortest I have ever seen, sliding bathroom door is a terrible idea. $25 for breakfast is out of line.

I have to go down to the lobby to warm up my food

The housekeeping was reqoto bring another towel several times but didn’t. The front staff brought us one. The housekeeping left a dirty towel under the sink. There was not a pool but one hotel site listed it as an amenity.

The staff was AMAZING! They were very professional and attentive.

Breakfast was good. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. The room was dusty, and after sweeping, I collected a shocking amount of hair, lint, and dirt from the floor. The hallway also smelled damp and musty. Definitely not the standard I expect from a Marriott stay.

The toilet appeared to be slightly stopped up. I feared that it would overflow. The air conditioner unit was noisy.

Great hotel, to bad is not very well kept the property looks dirty from the moment we walk in, the room was missing our 4 towels and there was hair on shower and the room look like it had not been vacuumed

This was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was covered in random little puddles of some kind of weird wet goo. The bed smelled like throw up. We checked in just before midnight and were too tired to find another hotel or we wouldn’t have stayed. We checked out early and won’t be back.
