Although it is a big hotel, you are still in the centre of attention, the staff is so nice!!! And the pool there with the special refine water is something outstanding!

:( I can only speak as I find, we had to cancel for genuine reasons and even to the hotel in person to do this, the receptionist said her manager would sort something out but when it came to it nothing was sorted and we got charged the full amount :(

The pool and sauna were great. It's location was beautiful set between the mountains. No there wasn't anything that we did not like.

Lovely location, a few km away from the ski lifts. At the hotel you can purchase skipasses, that is a great option not to lose time in queues at the ski lift station. In case of a bad weather you can spend lovely time at the hotel in the swimming pool, saunas, gym or on tennis courts. HB was a great option after a whole day spent on skiies. Meals were served as an open buffet, always a few dishes, realy tasty and filling. The hotel offered us an upgraded room free of charge. At breakfasts you may face long queues to get freshly prepared eggs dishes like scrambled, fried eggs or omlets. There is only one cook stand for all the guests. The hotel although realy cozy is already a bit worn out by time.

A very good location to have vacation. From our balcony we could see the covered by snow Alps, the view was really impressive. The breakfast was very good. The service personal was very friendly, they gave us valuable tips for hiking. The toilet and bathroom were in separate rooms. Also the big pool and the saunas were very good. The toilet was of old design. The floor carpet looked old and used.

A nice and spacious room. The hotel seems particularly suitable for families with children The hotel does not offer a dinner a la carte. The dinner menu was ok. The safety deposit box was small.

Our room was very big with a very nice terrace and mountain view. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite disappointing, I could not really find anything I liked at the buffet. The breakfast was also nothing special. The water in the jacuzzi is so cold that I could not even put my toes in it. It is rather a family hotel which means there are a lot of children and noise. But for families for sure it is nice
