They were doing renovations and updates to the facilities, not a big deal, but I did have to bundle up because the heat was not working. That being said the staff quickly fixed the situation and the rest of the stay was fantastic.

The hotel is near the Bergebahn Panorama Kitzbühel. So it's very convenient for skiers to get to the mountains. Hotel is nicely decorated and equipped with niceties such as swimming pools, Sauna and Dampfbad. Very good breakfast is served in the morning.

I don’t understand why some people complain about location. It shows on the map where is it. Yes, you have to walk 8-10 mins from the station. Typical hotel in the mountain, very quiet and nice area. Breakfast cost adequate for what you can eat. Clean, nice bathroom, received discount card for transport / national park. Ask for one! If I come back to the area, I will come back. I didn’t like I had to sleep on mattress protection sheet. It was neither very white nor new. So I had to improvise. Please add a white blanket on top like in other hotels.

The lady owner and her daughter are trying their best, gave us discount coupons and explained how to plan our trip to the mountains. Dark street at night, desk service suppose to be until 10pm but there was nobody around 9:30 pm to pick up our staff from the owner's refrigerator (did not want to disturb Natasha, the daughter, who gave us her personal phone number), the shampoo was not usable (?diluted), the balcony was shared by 3 rooms and no privacy, no coffee maker, never mind minifridge, very basic breakfast.

Natasha was very welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the double bunks in the kids room (we booked a triple room) were great. The breakfast buffet incuded some Lovely home made options and was more than enough for us. Beds were comfy, balconies from our 2 rooms were a nice bonus and the shower was good. The washing and drying service was a welcome option (10€ a load) and we appreciated how quickly the staff were able to have it done for us. The indoor swimming pool was fab.

Had a great stay. Great hotel and town. Very helpful owner. Also was able to use pool and sauna at times that suited us.

Quiet, tidy and beautiful location, bedroom very spacious and gorgeous view from balcony, very delicious breakfast and hotel is situated not far from the Main Street which is convenient to see another beautiful properties, restaurants and also to have a dinner I didn’t find anything wrong with it but I stayed one night only, just one thing I ride my motorcycle to get motorway to direct Innsbruck and took me nearly 2 hours, long way to get it

Comfortable place for a couple days. Sauna and pool are nice addition. We weren’t given any information about facilities in the hotel or places to go in town. We had to figure it all out, which was more difficult since we don’t speak the language.

The hostess was very hospitable and considerate. She provided me with very helpful hiking route recommendations and tips:-)
