The Castel and its surrondings are breathtaking. Pool area is outstanding and the breakfast is super. The staff is wonderful. There is nothing that i found not ok.

Everything, the staff ( all of them, the reception employees, and the reception employee that made us the tour in the castle with patience and knowledge, the breakfast staff that was welcoming and more then nice ). We had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms and ambiance in general very relaxing. Although it is an old castle it has modern comforts. The breakfasts and dinner menu are very appealing to the eye and tongue and wholesome with local produce. And finally the views of the valley and mountains are incredible. We had to go home......but we have already booked to come back !!

everything was very well prepared to get out from the hotel, you need the elevator mandatory...maybe I don't know where the other way-out was but nobody told us about extra way-out

We liked the room; it was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, but its quality greatly depends on who is serving it (a huge thank you to Tanja). They also offer real cappuccinos and latte macchiatos for breakfast. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool as well. The dinner was amazing, featuring a five-course menu. Special childmenu was also available and tasty. The mattresses were too soft and felt old. Breakfast: Please offer more hot dishes. Not everyone wants to order and wait for a hot dish. For a 4-star hotel, it would be great to have sausages, beans, and baked tomatoes available near the hot omelet station. Dinner: There are too many dishes with espuma. The dishes are good enough without it, and not everyone likes it. Child-Friendly: You have many children in the hotel, yet there isn't a single play area with toys. It would be wonderful to have a children's corner in the restaurant and a room with toys.

Location, Accommodation, Spa, Food Very beautiful castle with ancient artifacts Warm pool in the Spa - super Bianca and Tanya - super Dinner - recommend, original and tasty these little things didn't affect the overall impression much, but still: - the main thing - take away the egg foam from the chef, it's in every dish, on the third day it wasn't funny anymore - poor lighting in the room and restaurant - steam sauna not warm enough - restaurant staff (when Tanya or Ahmet wasn't there) - long, confused, forgot - pillows

The breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. The man at the reception desk was polite and professional. I appreciated his personal touch by showing us the castle grounds and way to our room. He was very nice. The sauna and pool were fantastic! It was great.
