An excellent facility in every respect. My only suggestion would be equip some rooms for older travelers with high-rise toilets and grab-bars in the showers. Anti-slip surfaces in tubs would also be welcomed in all rooms.

Staff always helpful and friendly

I stayed 7 days and never had housekeeping come to take out trash or refill coffee and coffee amenities, although I asked repeatedly. I asked for a wakeup call but did not receive one. The area is very nice with many restaurants close by.

The property is very nice and the staff is great.

I slept super well because I was very tired and unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to try the amenities but the staff at the check in was wonderful. When I left the hotel in the checkout it would have been nice to get a smile and thanks for being here, but still I would happily would come back because the rest of the staff was very nice and the hotel was super clean

Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable

The rooms were large, clean and the hotel well maintained.

Only bad thing is no free breakfast. Pool is usually cold . But its obviously not bad enough to keep me away.

When I checked in after a very long, hard drive, the front desk was so accommodating with my request for an interior room. Thank You! The hotel and their staff is simply awesome and I will continue to stay there on my frequent visits to South Bend.

Bathtub too high for us seniors. Lacked grab bars, too.

After comparing several hotels, we chose this one because of the spacious two-bedroom suite with a kitchen, pool, and hot tub. Although there wasn’t free breakfast (which we usually look for), the price and amenities made it an easy choice. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our suite was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a balcony. We also loved the courtyard with grills, golf, and fire pits. The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was out of order when we arrived. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. When I shared my disappointment, the front desk agreed to give us a complimentary late checkout until noon so we could hopefully use it the next morning. We really appreciated that. One of the fire pits also wasn’t working when we tried to use that amenity. The next morning, the hot tub was still closed after its scheduled opening time while maintenance tested the water because of a newly installed chemical monitoring system. Although the delay was disappointing, I appreciated that they were prioritizing safety and maintaining the property. Once it opened, it was clean, hot, and relaxing. The spacious suite, clean property, and excellent customer service outweighed the few maintenance hiccups. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to families looking for extra space.

Other than the bed being old/hard, everything was perfect! Great price, helpful staff, 24/7 coffee & juice, free WiFi, great amenities, even if kids left wrappers all over the hot tub room, it was overall a clean place to stay. Would stay here again!
