The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown

friendly staff, good location, spacious room when we order breakfast, 1 menu was always missing. not sure why but everyday happend. Also my colleague's room smelled very awful. Previous guest seems smoking in the room.....

The location, The onsite restaurant wood and paddle and the staff were wonderful. Parking was a separate cost and it wasn't on the grounds. And stand that it's a city and that happens. However it was quite expensive.

Great parking, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't fabulous.

Great rooms, great location downtown

Amazing hotel

The only problem we had was staff not being able to speak english. There were 2 staff unable to speak any English. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are very nice. Made us feel at home.

The room was not practical for 4 adults. The space was not a Suite as advertised. It was an open space and shared a TV on a swivel. It was an odd space. It lacked the privacy that we expected with a suite. It was clean and the staff was helpful.

The initial engagement with the front desk staff was great. The staff were very personable and that's always a plus. The staff were very helpful because I traveled with my daughter who issues a wheelchair. Overall, there was nothing that I have to complain about. Thank you

Exceptional

Excellent place to stay with top leve service, clean amenities and close to the sights downtown as well as area lakes. We will be back.

Please add a microwave to the business class rooms and a larger refrigerator.

Everything was really good and I will be staying there again. I was disappointed that housekeeping didn’t clean my room during a 3-night stay, however.

Best room ever in the best hotel ever. I absolutely loved it and will be looking for The Royal Sonesta wherever I go from now on!

Great communication before stay, luggage room very helpful since we arrived early but didn’t need early check-in, ditto after checkout. My adult son and I had an event at which luggage would have been inconvenient. Restaurant and fitness room excellent as well. Top notch from before we got there until after we left.

Great stay was located in a great area with the foshay tower located only 6 min walking distance! Downtown was right there location was very convenient
