Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE

The staff was great The breakfast was not and my room had a refrigerator which was noisey also an iron it needs to be better

The beds were actually pretty comfortable, the location for touring thr University was perfect and ghe desk staff were all SUPER nice The outside landscaping makes the hotel itself appear "creepy" and unwelcoming...definitely made me nervous when I first got there. The hallways are dated but the rooms themselves were fine! Breakfast was definitely lacking...

The worst hotel experience of my life. The room was not cleaned after the previous person checked. Let an employee know and they did nothing about it. Was told all the cleaning people were gone for the day. I was able to get some sheets from the employee at the front desk and had to make the beds ourselves. But they didn't have any clean towels. When we entered the room all the towels were wet and left on the bathroom floor. The next day they still didn't have any clean towels for us. Because I had to get my son to a college visit, we had to use the extra clothes in our suitcase to dry off after the showers. Staff was not helpful. Just kept saying "sorry." Would never stay at this place in a million years. I would advise you to do the same.

Location is great. Ample parking. The facility needs some upgrading. Service folks were pleasant. Wifi was fine too. The carpet in the room felt damp, which was strange.

The parking was good, the staff was great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room, was, well . . . . the carpeting felt damp from humidity, the bathroom was a bit moldy on the ceiling, etc.

If you needed to be close to the campus (we didnt) the location might be good for you. However there was at least 4 other hotels right across the street Breakfast was non existent. White bread and yogurt or cereal. We booked this place in hopes to save money during our stay by not needing to buy breakfast elsewhere. The location was in a really shady area, we had to take side streets to get there and ended up driving through some really low income areas/homeless tent situations. For over 100$ a night, it was not worth it, this was easily a 30$ experience. Practically a motel disguised as a hotel... the lights in our room and bathroom were dim and flickery, the beds were small and a bit uncomfortable. I wouldnt choose to stay here again.

Location was great by the light train between downtown Minneapolis and St Paul. Lots of restaurants nearby.
