Best Western Plus The Normandy Inn & Suites

Great place to stay in downtown . Very reasonable rates. Good location , friendly staff. Will plan to stay here again.

I also don't appreciate a little lotion bottle with a tiny opening that is impossible to dispense any lotion. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this charming, old world inn.

Aniyah and Patrick were extremely fun and helpful as staff and representatives! We enjoyed our stay and got some great conversation from those two! They always had a smile on their faces and great energy!

It was super close to the Target

Superb stay at the Normandy, as always. It is our go-to when in MSP, and it never disappoints. Good parking that is reasonable and protected, great rooms, dog friendly with great pet rate, and the staff is always wonderful. We've been here dozens of times and will keep coming back.

I love this hotel. It has such historical feels and is very unique.

The restaurant prices are outrageous. The room was really hot when I walked in. And, I had to pay $100 deposit. Which through me off other plans I had. The front desk staff was nice. Milk and cookies were a nice treat. I give it 3 stars because of the deposit and restaurant. Everything else was nice. Also... it is paid parking. I wish I had read more about the property

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was wonderful especially the staff at the restaurant breakfast.

Very clean well maintained property. Traditional old-world Bavarian interior, lots of wood, makes a great atmosphere. Plenty of small public lounging spaces for relaxing with you group. Very convenient parking.

The not-so-good news: The facility as a whole feels a bit shop-worn. Much more seriously, the smell in the lobby is very unpleasant (some of this is likely the result of having the indoor pool right off the lobby).

What i absolutely loved the second i walked in, was the decor and themed building. i love the medieval look and slight haunted-ness to it. and i immediately thought about coming back again for a longer stay next time. i thought everything was great!!

Absolutely loved it. A decent priced hotel and it provides free milk and cookies every night… what’s better than that ? They also provide purified water at no cost. You can tell this hotel cares. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel design is beautiful. This will be my place each time I come back.

No microwave, hair on the bathroom ceiling, no breakfast. Funny how the “givens” at hotels are becoming more and more rare.

The only issues were a sink that was very slow to drain and the dual showerhead did not work. Would absolutely stay again. Very pleased overall.

This hotel was a really great find both for location, amenities, and teh building. Was in town for an event that had us at both the convention center and US Bank Stadium. Out the front door and to the left you are 10 minutes walking distance from the convention center, out the front door and to the right you are 10 minutes walking distance to the stadium. They do also offer a shuttle to the convention center, have a really neat and well kept swim area with hot tub, restaurant on site, rooms are quiet and clean, and there's free milk and cookies every night! And the staff - they are the nicest people who do whatever to help you enjoy your stay! This is truly a hidden gem in Minneapolis and I'd stay 100 more times
