Location, room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Good value . The included breakfast didnt have fruit and just sweetened yogurt ...the brewed coffee was awful.

Breakfast excellent good choice of hot and cold, coffee excellent room 27 shower room was a bit poor; tiles need regrouting in cubicle, shower space a bit tight for my 17 stones, but not complaining; didn’t like the steep stairs ; would ask for a lower floor next time

Perfect location and very friendly staff. Bonus that the dog could come as well. The breakfast was delicious and staff couldn't have been more accommodating The pillows weren't the most comfortable. We didn't ask for alternatives though so this might have been sorted if we had done so, otherwise the room was great for our family

The property was well positioned within Minehead, easy to find with free parking. It also had bags of atmosphere and a very friendly, helpful staff. There was nothing we didn’t like. It was all good

Staff friendly and very helpful. We left hotel on Thursday 17th April. We checked out, and we caught the bus towards taunton railway station. Due to an accident and roads closed, we returned back to the hotel and explained what the situation was. The staff kindly said if we really need the room for the night, he will make sure the room is available for us. A few hours later, the road was back to normal, and buses were running again. We are so thankful for staff at Stones Hotel and Bar. Nothing, only a small problem, they forgot to put heating on and no hot water the night we arrived. But we are ok with that.
