Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Ctr

The property was dirty, old and did not provide enough towels, Kleenex or shampoo, conditioner and body wash for 4 people. I will not stay there again it has declined over the years and I did not see any improvements.

Check in staff was not helpful at all - we had to ask where stairs or elevator was. was told stairs was the closest and elevator was at the complete other end of the building, so we took the stairs thinking she was telling us our room was right there next to the stairs, when in fact it was on the other end of the building right by the elevator. There was a restaurant in the building which we figured would be a good place to eat. Food was not eatable. We just ordered a cheeseburger/fries and a chicken sandwich/fries, neither were eatable so we thought who could go wrong with a cheese pizza, were we wrong again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Airport shuttle was not available at 4 AM

The rooms were nice and clean. The issue wear had was that we tried to get clean towels and they were never delivered.

Door key on phone did not work properly. No real shampoo or body wash. Just small packets good for one person only. Carpet dirty.

The breakfast was good, the pool area was always empty which was a plus but maybe because you can see that the pool wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t stocked. We had to share pool towels. Our room smelled moldy or like humid wet towels, maybe carpet needs a deep cleaning. The moment we laid on the bed we sunk in the middle and my daughter everytime she moved you can hear the bed springs. We went to the front desk to ask for a do not disturb sign and the lady at the front desk said she will inform the housekeepers to drop one off and never did that when we came back to our room, our door was left cracked open because you really had to yank on the room door to make sure they closed shut. Overall, It was a quiet hotel considering it was next to MKE airport.

When we first checked into the hotel, we couldn’t use the safe in the room. Then we told him there was a mold, smell in the room and I have a CPAP machine and another machine that detect mold. It said there was mold in the room. I let them know that.There was no coffee in the room, even though they had a little coffee maker in there the carpets were very dirty and sticky. It was a very unpleasant experience and several other customers were up at the front desk. Also keys weren’t working as we were checking out before our checkout time. Our keys weren’t working for the doors so we had to walk all the way around the building and I’m on an oxygen machine to get back in. It’s just very disappointed, but like it was a waste of money.

Great service

Took 20 mins to check in because there was only 1 person at the front desk. My daughter checked us in and she did not understand what the guy said about where are room was. He had a thick accent. No piece of paper to give us a map of how to find out room. We wondered around until we found it. Other guest tried to help us. No towels at the pool area. No big towels for showering provided. We were told that we had to come down to the front desk to get them. On the upside...there were no bed bugs.

All was good but the conditions inside and out was old.

I loved the cleanliness and courteous staff. Especially Max, Christina and Rebecca! They had exceptional customer service and helped make my stay more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

Great breakfast, clean room, friendly staff!

Breakfast was good, but our room had a broken door handle and the sheets were stained with something red.

Room was clean and maintained. Offered 4am shuttle to airport and wakeup call. Didn't use it, but had a resturant/bar with pool table and other games.

Everything was amazing. Max was so awesome and helpful. From Sierra. Thanks for everything.
