Very nice stay overall

Breakfast is not good

Nice location , clean, helpful staff

Overall I really enjoyed staying here. Really nice place. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they had issues with their water supply and had no running water for a day. The communication about this could have been better regarding the issue.

We checked in and we didn’t have any water all night When I was checking out they said we will get refund or some kind of compensation never got anything very disappointing

bring a coat it was wonderfully chilly

The breakfast options are really good. The cleaning service is good also. The pool is like a nice home pool. Also there was a way to get into my daughter’s room from the out side in the first floor without a card. You can even get coffee any time after breakfast. It’s also next to a really nice pond.

Great Location

Overall great stay! Excellent location and loved the available bikes to rent. One bike had a broken back brake but otherwise they worked, not in the best condition but got me around town just fine. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Only downside was you get a lot of noise from the hallway and outside.

The location: easy access to Sausalito/ SF, Muir Woods, Sonoma, Napa etc The property sits on the estuary. It is a tranquil setting with walking and bike trails. The parking lot needs some repair.

2) i enjoy having my coffee on provided patio of room. Tables floor area were filthy mud in the corners webs all around fence. I wound up cleaning it w towels. 3) not everyone likes omelet's. Was hoping for regular eggs. Toaster broken on 1 side to heat up a bagel. 4) sunny days would of been nice to have more umbrellas by the pool area. 5) when one thinks of a spa or hot Tub you think hot. Spa/Hot tub warm at best. I get it you must follow regulations but seriously look into that. 6) tables by pool area i had to use towel to clean off table & chairs. 7) employees very kind & nice otherwise 8) recommend by pool area where plants are lay some little rocks around the ground there vs tanbark. Instead of wire & irrigation all exposed.

Very helpful staff !

Space was clean. The tide causing flooding was a bit of a pain. Had limited parking that wasn’t flooding.

Breakfast could be better. Same eggs and sausage every day for 5 days is a little old.

The location was great, with a view of Richardson Bay and Coyote Creek, which made for nice walks too. We found it a convenient pit stop between Muir Woods and SF, and got dinner at Sausalito. We had some trouble with opening the door and had to go all the way back to the reception, since our room was in a building at the far end. Turned out that we had to lift the handle, instead of pushing it down. The heater was a bit noisy, so we switched it off before we went to bed.

Hotel was run down. Not properly cleaned and maintained. An embarrassment to the Holiday Inn Express chain.
