Staff was friendly, rooms and hotel were clean and excellent breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom were clean. The suite had well-equipped facilities.

The bathroom was not cleaned with an attention to detail when I arrived Saturday. Shower walls had hair which needed to be rinsed away. Caulking in shower floor and overall flooring needed a spring cleaning, not a swish and swipe.

Clean and spacious room with a full sized kitchen and free parking, Great breakfast.

There was a barking dog but the manager took care of that situation very quickly. Overall a very nice property

We stayed here for 3 nights and everything was wonderful! Close to Cincinnati. The staff is amazing! Property is well taken care, rooms are clean and big. Pool and gym were very nice and had a wonderful outside sitting area with fire pit and grills! Breakfast buffet was excellent! It was walking distance to a pizza place and Mint cafe which was delicious. We will stay again for sure!

Definitely lived this hotel. Enjoyed the stay during the Cincinnati Music Dest. We making this our annual hotel every year for the Cincinnati Mysic Fest. See you all again July, 2027

Very comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was as good or better than most hotels in a similar price range. Location was very convenient to I-275 with a lot of restaurants nearby. Housekeeping didn't seem to show a lot of attention to detail. Room was overall fairly clean, but there was a bit of hair in the sink and tub. Also they didn't restock the room very well. We only had 2 towels in a 2-room suite that sleeps 6, 1 roll of toilet paper, and no linens for the sofa bed. So I had to go down to the desk a couple times to get these things. I think the only ice machine is on the 1st floor, for a 4-floor hotel. Not awful, just annoying and inconvenient. I'd probably stay there again.

Great stay

The staff, before, during, and after the stay was incredibly helpful! I liked that I was able to speak with someone in advance to request rooms close together and also ask questions about nearby restaurants, etc. I liked that the parking lot was extremely well-lit. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby, shopping nook, elevators, and rooms. We booked 4 rooms, and all of them were very clean and accommodating. I liked the pool and workout area even though we didn't have time to enjoy them. The outside area was also inviting with a roaring fire pit! ???

From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk greeted me like we were old friends. She was incredibly friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. It was a hot day, and she made sure to tell me about the pool (which I definitely took advantage of) and the Social Night they were hosting that evening. That small interaction really stood out. She didn’t just hand me a key, she took the time to explain the amenities and make sure I knew about things I would have had no way of knowing. After a long day of traveling, that kind of genuine hospitality made the hotel feel like home. The room was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great, the shower was great, and everything was well taken care of. I slept great and woke up to an awesome breakfast setup with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a waffle bar, cereal, bagels, and more. The fountain drinks were a great touch as well. They even gave me a complimentary late checkout, which is something travelers know isn’t always easy to get. Overall, a fantastic stay. Great staff, great room, great breakfast, and well worth the money. Staybridge Suites knocked it out of the park.

Laundry room available to guests for free -- Great service. Propane bbq pits - great opportunity. Well kept property. Enjoyed our stay.

Super clean, beds were comfy and it fit our needs great. 10/10 would recommend.

This property is okay not excellent like its ratings. It wasn’t super dirty but also not super clean (I found food from the previous occupants on the floor where it should have been picked up by a vacuum). I would not stay here again. We were here for one night to sleep otherwise I would have taken a lose in the cost of the room and stayed somewhere else.
