The location was perfect! Close to everything and very comfortable. The hospitality was top notch!! Federico even showed us some great places to eat around town! No complaints, everything was great!

The place was clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the stuff people always forget to bring on their trip life toothpaste of shampoo. The room is in an apartment with the owner but the room only share a kitchen, breakfast is made by the owner

Very nice hosts. More breakfast food than you could eat.

Great location, lovely people, super breakfast. It’s a Bed & Breakfast so make sure you are aware that you are in someone’s home, they are there, but unassuming. So you also don’t get access to cooking etc. no issue for us, but some people may not understand this is what a bed & breakfast in Italy is. Nothing not to like

Location to restaurants, Duomo and public transport. Fredrico's recommendation of Messimi restaurant was great. The Meals were so good we went back the next night also. If anything there was too much supplied with little room to eat or put your things in the bathroom. Not wanting to offend though because Fredrico was lovely welcoming us and although we didn't meet his mum, she certainly went to too much trouble and was very quiet when setting it all up. When you put the address into Google maps make sure you put 44-46 as the number for the address. We only put in 46 and as it turns out there is another address the other side of the Duomo. Also to catch the 60 bus walk straight out of the train station through the paved square to where the buses leave from. It takes you almost to the door.

Staff was incredibly helpful with information and directions. Close to Duomo Piazza. It was a small room but very efficient.

If you want to be near Duomo the room is 15min away walking. Everything else was disaster. This is a small room that you share in the same apartment with the owner, an old lady. We booked for 2 nights and arrived at 1:30pm the first night. Price 302euros for both nights. At the end, after 5h stay at around 7:00, after no sleep and shocked from the experience, we left the room asap without even touching the breakfast or having a shower. When we left we asked at least to refund us the 2nd night and they refused... We found another place to stay the second night, a 4stars hotel room for 145euros. Almost 1 and a half nights costed us 447euros and the first night was like a horror film. The 'kind' son and his mother owners who are 'so good people' charged us 302euros for 5h.... 1. All night we haven't slept because of the refrigerator's noise and some noise from the pipelines during all night. 2. Tiny, old room, where you don't even have place to hang your stuff or open a big luggage. 3. The door doesn't close totally, and someone can watch you from the crevice. 4. The lights' switches are out of the room... 5. The kitchen and tiny living room is by the room and there you take breakfast which someone prepares it in the morning, and woke us up hearing every move outside of our door at 7:00pm... 6. In the same apartment lives the old lady and her son told us when we came 'She may pass from the living room but don't worry is because she has to go to her room'!! So, my advice is, don't think of sitting in the living room without wearing all your clothes..!! We have been in many B&B places around the world and the rooms are separated from the breakfast area.
