NEW GENERATION HOSTEL Milan center

There was a 24/7 staff to assist and very friendly. The hostel had a kitchen, on suit bathroom, clean beds. The location is out of the way, however it is close to tube stations to get into the main city. The air con didn't work and the fans provided didn't work (in 38 degrees is a lot).

The hostel was in a convenient location and accessible. the room was literally like a burning pot; AC was set to the temperature outside. i had to sleep in the reception No hot water in the shower.

Very flexible as arrived @12:30 am in early morning. There were no free lock Availble as paid 10 euro extra for late checking in and checkout done at 8 am . Technically was 7:30 hours only . But can’t complaint .

I have stayed in this hostel several times, the supervisor in reception,is always a disappointment. She is never helpful.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good atmosphere, and a convenient location close to public transport. The Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable at times.

The guy on the lobby who took my check-in was not accomodating at all.

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this property. Due to extreme exhaustion from losing my card in Rome, I accidentally booked the room for the following night instead of the current night. I did not ask for a refund. Because it was my last money, I cried and begged the receptionist to just let me sit in the lobby or accommodate me, especially since many beds were empty. She showed zero human compassion, refused to help, and turned me away with nowhere to go. I had to pay all over again. They only care about taking your money, not hospitality. To make matters worse, the "Breakfast Included" is a complete scam. You only get one piece of croissant and a cup of cappuccino (which didn't even look like a real cappuccino). This is not breakfast; it is a tiny snack. I have stayed in many other hostels and cities, and they all provided a proper breakfast. Avoid this place if you value basic human decency and honest advertising. Does and dried Fly in a curtain is another topic. Noting. They will sell their heart if there is money. No humanity only money

It is close to the train station, maximum 12 euros a cab. Area is very nice and close to everything. Helpful staff.

Mosquito in room

Location. Attendant would not allow access to room unless we paid extra tax even though booking reservation clearly said all taxes and fees are included in the price. Maybe this has to do with their upbringing where stiffing customers is considered an accomplishment and not stealing. Beds and lockers were noisy, slightest movement create raucous.

The location,staffs,and the cleaning Environment

Nice environment and helpful staff. Not much communal space, bed outlet did not work and the shower was not clean.

Acceptable facilities for the price. Great for one night. They opened the door of the room reserved for two people, which was locked, at 9:00 a.m. to inform us that the checkout was at 11:00 a.m.

1. Location 2. Room size. My room number was 206 3. Lower bed. It was my special request but it could be just a coincidence. Hostel didn't respond on my messages though booking system 4. Many hangers in the bathroom 5. Soap in the bathroom 6. Big personal locker which was more like a bank safe ) 7. Lift to higher floors 8. A shelf, a night lamp and a socket near the bed 9. Fridge in the room 10. I was lucky that there were only 2 other people in the room besides me. One of them checked-out at night. So almost no one disturbed my sleep ) 1. Hostel didn't respond on my messages through booking system. Instead, they sent a very detailed list of the conditions of stay at the hotel. 2. No constant heating. I turned on the provided electric heater, but it didn't help much due to the large size of the room. It was quite cold to sleep me only night at the end of February 3. No possibility to leave for free luggage at the reception after check-out. 4. Since the hostel did not respond to messages, it was not completely clear whether breakfast was included in the price. In the end, it turned out that it was not included. 5. A free towel is not provided in dorms

The Location is top, easy reach the center by foot or metro, rooms where clean, Bed where ok The staff was not good, there is a lot to improve, they are working there for them self, not for the guest. There was only one person that fits good behavior, to the guest. Every morning loud music boem, boem music. A training in hospitality would be a good one.

Nothing There was a bug on my bed, when I left the room I noticed it. Staff not friendly, very dark, rooms looks old, I didn’t feel to take a shower

I was in ITALY, WHY DID YOU PLAY ARAB MUSIC????

Reception should more smile to client and be up front with more help and kind language please ?

Sockets, there was 7-8 of them in a room, for me they didn’t work, but maybe my adapter just didn’t fit well, because others chargers were working, just it was not comfortable for me. Moskitos, in the end of November, i couldn’t sleep because they were flying loud and biting my face. Wifi, it was good during the day but in the evening and at night it didn’t work because of the high load of people using it. Bed bugs, i didn’t notice it so fast, but after a night here i got a few red dots on my face, it was so sad to have during vacation. Breakfast, i was so disappointed that you need to pay extra for „early breakfast“ i checked out at 8am but breakfast started at 9, so pay extra 3€ for early breakfast. I was quite disappointed that that beautiful garden, that were on the photos of this hostel is closed and hostel guests don’t have an opportunity to go there.
