The ac was not working well
-
I liked the staff location was good I didn’t like they don’t even give you complementary water , breakfast quality was poor
-
Breakfast is very unclear. We paid for buffet breakfast which we found out is actually free with the room. We ordered eggs and they wanted to charge us 30euro’s each. Ridiculous!!! There was cold scrambled eggs offered, but that’s pretty gross for a five star hotel. NO AIR conditioning!! It was 40c and the room was hot hot hot. Five star hotel- ??? Absolutely not and the staff at the front desk were nice upon check in and really bad on check out.

Staff went above and beyond!!!

Overall great hotel for the value. Room size was good and clean. Bathroom shower needs work.
-
Gorgeous property——building, public spaces, gardens, suites all beuatiful, fashionable—-perfect for a stay in Milan. Nothing—-it was all a pleasure.

Cool vibe in the hotel. Loved the fact that it’s a former perfume factory which has carefully transitioned to this beautiful hotel. The room was exceptional: modern, professionally appointed furnishings overlooking a tropical courtyard. Spa services were fantastic. Location was perfect. Nearby the canal restaurant area and 10 min walk to subway. Service among restaurant and bar areas was a bit inconsistent; sometimes great, other times it felt as though we were being ignored.

This hotel was excellent, clean, comfortable and so cool. The staff were friendly and very attentive! Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Milan!

The entire hotel was beautiful including our suite. The attention to detail was evident with all staff. Location was convenient to walking the Navalgi Canals or hopping in the Meteo. Our stay was exquisite! Nothing.
-
Beautiful property-sleek, modern luxury. The staff were exceptional, and strive for perfection. The restaurant served excellent food, and the terrace lounge was incredible with tasty bar snacks and very attentive wait/bar staff. Very minor, but could hear some outdoor functions rather late at night.

Everything about this hotel speaks about good taste: design, sensorial experience, beautiful rooms, fragrances always in the air, delicious breakfast buffet and à la carte, and friendly staff willing to accommodate your needs. Location is as well great, in a trendy area full of bars and nice restaurants.
-
Breakfast was very basic and not fit for a 5-star hotel: no value in taking it from the hotel. Serving Nescafé coffee, and that's in Italy!
-
Aesthetic was incredible Static electricity through the hallway. Besides that all good

Everything. It was amazing
-
The only thing I didn’t like was the ceiling windows. They let in a lot of light, so it’s not very comfortable to sleep. The light comes directly into the room at night, and in the morning the sun wakes you up early. I personally prefer a completely dark room for sleeping

Great location, staff very helpful, and great breakfast. I love the smell in the hotel.

The hotel is brand new, elegant, and beautifully designed. The rooms are bright with natural light everywhere (something quite rare in Milan). Everything was exceptionally clean, and the quality of the towels and bed linens was outstanding. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the minibar was very complete. It was quiet most of the time, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff was simply amazing: attentive, kind, and professional. I was genuinely surprised by the overall experience. In the evening, I found a warm letter along with panettone and prosecco in my room. That gesture made me appreciate even more the attention to detail and the lovely team behind it. Location is perfect! Walking distance from the most important spots like bars, restaurants and sightseeing… But far enough to escape from the crowd. If there is anything to improve, I didn’t have time to notice during this stay. Maybe during a longer visit in the future. Everything was truly perfect.
