Close to center, good restaurants nearby. Staff helpfull. Not 4 stars Bathroom 7/10 small, shower door not closing all the way, always wetting the floor. Fixtures old. Cleanlines 7/10. Small room. AC old, noisy, dusty and had difficulty keeping up to the heatwave. Lighting in room subpar. Room windows opening on the emergency stairwell, no view to talk about. Soundproofing absent, you could hear all the way to the elevator. Hotel restaurant 1/10 especially in a neighbourhood with a lot of fine restaurants. Breakfast ok, but not 4 stars (had better at 3 stars many times)

Nice location for my business trip, great restaurants around. Breakfast was great and so was the staff. The hotel description on Booking said there was air conditioning. There was an air conditioner, but no air conditioning. The room was consistently 28celsius/82fahrenheit. Not the staff's fault, the central air system just couldn't keep up. They kept saying it is just unusually hot in Milan (true, it was 35 degrees celcius, but this is why I picked a hotel with air conditioning!!!). I am pretty sure it is possible to air condition in hot climates (I have been to Las Vegas in July when it was 46 degrees celcius outside and nice and cool inside). I paid appox. $300/night for a '4-star' hotel WITH AIR CONDITIONING, where I felt absolutely miserable the whole time.

Kind staff, easy checkin and out
-
Good location The checkin people don’t speak English The temperature is set at 23c - unable to change The windows leak (polluted air) into the room This is a super old hotel - not 4* I had to leave - When confronted with this, the hotel offered no acknowledgement or refund

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Great value for Milano prices.

Room was good size and comfortable. Location was close to restaurants and transportation. Didn’t love the lobby space for waiting or having a drink in evening
-
breakfast was great as was the dining option for supper; very nice room - we should have gotten a larger room for being there multiple days...but we did get what we asked for. service in all aspects - dining, front desk, cleaning - was excellent. paying for water.... weird.

Location was fairly good and comfortable It might seem minor issue but it’s not. We really felt the lack of a coffee machine in the room, or at least a kettle. Some guests are on business trips, and with breakfast room opening at 07:30, no complimentary coffee in the lobby, and cafes around opening even later, the ability to prepare coffee when you wake up in the morning is basic and essential in our modern day. Italy is the land of coffee. Shame there was no coffee option in the room.

Easy accessible Looked a bit old

I actually liked the room. Lack of proper parking facility.
-
Location, could take the metro/subway quickly They should charge breakfast by choice full buffet or just coffee and bread
-
A bit aging, I expected more from an UNA hotel. The rooms are tiny and the whole place has this "needs a refresh" vibe.
-
Clear and complementary breakfast Room a little smaller
