Staff are friendly, location is great for central train station access, price value is good. It’s a bit old and dated. Air conditioning isn’t effective, mattress was worn and saggy, shower drained slowly, cleanliness could be improved (hair found in bathroom toiletries container that wasn’t mine or my partner’s).

The hotel was super close to Milan Central Station, which was a huge plus for us. The staff was also really friendly and offered to store our luggage after we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience! Thanks a bunch!

Great location to the central train station. Rooms clean, good shower and hot water pressure. The front desk reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend hotel. Everything was good.

It is a 12 minute walk from the train station. If you have a cabin bag for luggage, you are fine, if you have a bigger bag - well you will struggle to get to the hotel. The elevator had a broken switch for the "0" level and you had to stick your finger into the hole to select the floor

Location is good. It’s near the Termini station and the bus stop to Malpensa which made our Milan trip so convenient. Other attractions can be easily reached via Metro It has aged facilities and the first time we entered our room it smelled really musty. We just opened our windows for some ventilation and it solved the issue

Smells like old furniture that has been closed for months. Bed and sheets looked and felt really old. Bathroom tiles were falling. I guess you get what you pay but the average rating was the highest in the zone. I would not go back.

the area was decent and grocery shops were open until late at night so we could grab something on our way back home. it is around 7 mins walk from the termini station which made it very convenient for us to travel the next destinations. it was a good stay overall. the lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors

The staff is very good and very helpful The mattress was not comfy at all. One pillow was really dry and not quite comfortable enough for our heads. In the room itself there’s no kettle nor condiments to use in the room.
