Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to reach the city center. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Nothing. I had a great stay and everything was perfect.

Good location in front of a metro station. 2 shopping malls nearby and vibrant neighborhood. Gated parking lot. I was offered room upgrades for a small additional fee, which was a good deal.

Loved the location relative to the subway stop (Right across the street). Hotel rooms were very nice. We had a so called "Family Room" which was just two rooms with a connector door but it worked out very well. Cleaned daily! Are only issue was the Air Conditioning or a lack of direct control. We had to open the windows when it got too warm in the room, but it worked out just fine all things considered. The gym equipment did not have too much variety (couldn't do much on legs aside from cardio)

The hotel surroundings. Even if the hotel is not located close to the city center, the authorities can do more to clean and repair the streets. In general the cleanliness of the city leaves much to be desired. It's not acceptable for such a beautiful city.

Great location in the first place. I've ever stayed in Italy. Overall, a good hotel and nice little restaurant. Temperature control was poor could not get my room cool enough to sleep well, but the jet lag didn't help either.

King size bed should be a proper king size bed. Two single beds were connected to make it a one double bed.

Breakfast was ok. Surprised that hot items eg omelette are not included in base breakfast and one has to pay extra for these items as Ala Carte.
