maintenance work started at 08.00 in the morning just under our room in the garden. After I warn them and they promised not to do. But, unfortunately it keeps going. When it comes to check out they gave us discount by not billing mini bar use and spa. It may seems kind but unprofessional too. Coz when you pay 1,6k euro per night, u look for comfort, professionalism not bargaining and/or money refund.

The stay was exceptional. I especially appreciated the variety of the breakfast buffet—a great selection of high-quality options that suited every taste. The hotel’s elegant design, attention to detail, and professional service all added to a memorable experience. Its central location made it easy to explore Milan’s top spots. Like many new hotels, the bathroom includes a handheld bidet sprayer, which is more hygienic and convenient in my opinion—but that’s a personal preference others may not mind.
