The hostel is well located, just steps from the iconic Navigli street and Piazza del Duomo, and close to the Vetra metro station, among other public transport options.The hostel has a relaxed, well-decorated atmosphere, a shared kitchen, and a pleasant outdoor balcony, and this is always playing good music. The staff are very kind, polite, and helpful special mention goes to the very nice young woman.The rooms have good beds, a large window that provides good lighting, and the lockers for storing luggage are very reliable and sturdy.The price is reasonable for the location. I only have two unpleasant observations regarding the room: the air conditioning and the fan weren't working, which created immense heat in the room and Milan was very hot. Another situation that caused discomfort was the shower, which was defective and the water wasn't coming out properly.

The hotel is excellent, the services are very good, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maaz Brother at the reception—he is very polite, professional, and always deals with guests in a very respectful and welcoming manner. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here. I highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
