The lighting was too dark, especially in the toilet.

The bed was the best. The fridge was very dirty. It wasn't cleaned for months. There was malt in the fridge .

The bath shower knob was broken. The wifi did not work. There was no netflix.

Attentive check-in and good advice. Good internet, well sized rooms, Choice to eat meals in ground floor restaurant. Lots of electrical sockets in convenient places. Good sound insulation and view. Good choice of breakfast and ethnic and local restaurants in the area. The area had a multiethnic feel to it. There could be more hooks in the bathroom. The mattress was a bit bouncy, springs not too supportive, Safe enough neighbourhood but not as clean as other parts of Milan.

They add extra charges once i arrived and every minimal thing i request they asked for extra fee (for example extra pillow) And all the client complaining all the day and they are very stupid

Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Needs a bit to tlc, the bathroom was a little dirty. But us in someone else’s room to start with!

Staff was great and it was close by the concert venue although it was quite out of the way for everything else. It was not very clean, spiderweb with a live spider in one corner in the room and the visit from the police was unusual.
