The AC made the room a bit too cold for us. Other than that- perfect stay.

Breakfast was limited

Very good location with garage parking (a huge bonus in Milano) and public transport across the street to go downtown. Decent size room with tall ceilings and a street view. Staff was helpful and assisted when our car broke down while parked in the garage. Hotel restaurant served a buffet breakfast of excellent quality, and we have also selected the restaurant for dinner on two separate occasions as well. Wait staff was exceptional. One person stood out - a young man, student of hospitality, was completing his practical experience there, and he assisted us on two occasions at the reception, and several times during meals. He was very professional, well-mannered, and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, a language barrier is still a problem in Italy. Neither English nor Spanish are spoken by most hotel staff , and while the basics are enough for check-in et cetera, it has become a barrier once we needed assistance with a broken car and the tow company. But that is equally on us. Between my wife and I, we speak 5 languages, but no Italian. Milano public transport - again nothing to do with the actual hotel. Both of our days in Milano, there were strikes on public transport, so one day we could not use the tram to go downtown, and the second day we could not use the transport to make it back. Waiting for a taxi for over 90 minutes at Duomo was not pleasant.

It was awesome Non at the moment
-
Our room was very clean and plenty of space for three people. The tram right outside the hotel made it easy to get to multiple locations
-
The place and staff were very good am actually going back to pick my luggage on 24th and the tram passes Infront of the hotel I think every 15mins, there are so many restaurants around. Include charging adaptors in the rooms, though they assisted me, the rates are slightly high for bed only, if they can have bed and breakfast with that amount this will save on time and money to look for breakfast outside

The location with parking facilities Bad restaurant service, room not really clean, room and specially toilette need remodelling, old tv sistem outdated
-
Clean, large room, windows that opened for fresh air. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transportation. Too far from city center. Breakfast was clean and plentiful but lacking a bit in flavor.
-
Very nice staff. Rooms were basic, but clean. Close to a tram stop. It's a little out of the way unless you have business in that area.

The food was very good. The water pressure in the shower was too weak

Front desk was amazing. I made a mistake with days and had a non refundable option. They were able to switch days for me, but I was lucky since it filled up after that. We arrived at 12 and they checked and the room was available. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom spacious with towel warmers etc. breakfast was great. Very easy to take Tram to Duoma . It is right in front of the hotel. And driving to airport was so easy from this location Room was a little warm but you could open windows. Walls are a little thin. But it was fine at night

For what I needed, just a place for an overnight stay it was great
-
Comfy The ac wasn’t working , very high value according to the less items for the breakfast
-
Filtered plain water was not available outside of breakfast hours. It would have been nice if the machines that don't require active staff would be low-key available throughout the day.
-
Parking (although limited and needs reservation) Nothing particular
-
Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Very nice breakfast. Location is good.

Staff Bad and poor breakfast No water in room

The location is superb. It is close to the no traffic center of Milan with the Duomo, very accessible, the rooms are absolutely wonderful, the facility is wonderful, the breakfasts are wonderful, the staff is wonderful, and the rates for what you get are more than reasonable. I was riding a motorcycle and messaged them about parking and they responded immediately. They have a wonderful parking facility that is electronically guarded that is right on the premises. While you were staying, they send you messages asking if everything is OK. And asking for any suggestions to make this stay even better. There is no reason to stay in any other hotel in Milano. There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.
