The location is perfect, with a shopping mall, many restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is in a convenient area with good public transport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The underground parking is very expensive at €20 per day. The breakfast is also quite expensive at €20 per person. A lower price for parking and breakfast would make the stay even better.

Its pretty close to the metro station and it is pretty clean This property can not be a 4 star hotel. A 4 star hotel that doesn't have liquid soap and offers a small soap bar is just bizzare. The shower facilities are old and the sheets are made out of a cheap plastic blend instead of a natural fabric, and the pillows are a bit tough, making it relatively uncomfortable to sleep. Its definitely not worth the ranking and price

Comfortable, clean, big and nice apartment Need to manage parking in better way since it is paid. I have booked parking, paid parking fees and found occupied second night but we managed.

Some room features didn't feel like 4* hotel (no carpet, no slippers, non-detachable hangers, etc.)... A construction zone behind hotel, albeit being on the top floor significantly reduced the inconvenience.

Arrived at 12 and told me to wait 30-45 min to receive my room Clean room , comfortable The location isn’t the best you would take but it was ok , the metro near and it is the San Siro line , for me it was good to reach San Siro stadio..

No noise reducing carpit on the hallway, and you can't enjoy the view from the room because of the massive shade panels. It is bit tricky to find the main entrance, strange design.

It may sound funny, but my room didn't have a classic closet, but rather rods with hangers that couldn't be removed. They were very complicated and difficult to use.
