Hotel Brivio

The curtains are blackout, stopping the light to came into the room. There are power outlets next to the bed, and each room is also equipped with a TV. The best thing about the hotel was its location. It was situated right next to an M3 metro station, which provided a direct connection to the Duomo and the city center. The double room was very small, and the bathroom was small as well, although it was still reasonably functional. The bidet was squeezed into a corner, making it difficult to access from one side. It would have been nice to have more shower gel and shampoo. The only toiletries provided in the room were two small sachets of shower gel. The main issue was the air conditioning. It could not be controlled from inside the room because it was part of the building's central air conditioning system, and it did not cool the room very effectively. Another problem was that every day between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.—when cooling was needed the most—the air conditioning was turned off because the system could not handle the demand. All the rooms are located on the first floor, and there is no elevator. The rooms do not have a minibar or any type of refrigerator where you can keep drinks or food cold.

Some furniture needs to be taken care of or bought. The bathroom door wasn't properly attached to the ceiling, so the sliding door was titled and hard to completely pull, but this was just a small inconvenience. The bed needs some bedside table because u have no place to put your phone or a bottle of water or the watch. You have to put it on the ground. Again, it was not a very big inconvenience, but it would have made the stay more comfortable

Clean room, friendly staff, location 1 minute walk to metro. Everything was perfect.

The location I did not like the fact that there were no mosquito nets and wardorbe for clothes.

The versatility of either having three twin beds or a queen and a twin. Not much, tv didn’t really work.

The room is very good for a 1-2 day stay. It was clean, the shower curtain was new, there was a shower with a washbasin inside the room, which was great, the room was quite warm from night to morning. It was close to the M3 metro, about 2-3 minutes away. I recommend it. There could have been a small closet under the window and behind my bed, but there wasn't, and there should have been a small slipper.

Big shower. Hotel across road from a metro station. Staff are amazingly helpful: while walking to my room, a member of staff who was on break asked if he could carry my luggage; when I couldn't charge my devices a receptionist let me charge them in reception. Bed comfort okay. No shelf in shower or bathroom. My European power adapter didn't fit sockets in room. Sleep sometimes difficult: loud AC in room, louder AC in bathroom stays on for 10 minutes after you turn it off, plus paper-thin walls, so listen to the sounds in other rooms: AC, bathroom sounds, people arguing in other languages. Bedsheets the size of the mattress so no tucking in, so sheets get screwed up during the night.

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and in order. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Easily accessible from the center by subway within 15 minutes. Nothing from my side, I was very pleasantly surprised. I’d just suggest improving ventilation in the shower because eventually humidity will ruin your beautiful renovation.

Next to Metro , very nice person at front desk , clean and easy to get there. They kept our luggage for a lot of hours with no problem

Friendly and well available staff. Their English is not always the best but they were very helpful. The accommodation is perfect for a business trip when you basically only need a bed and a shower and nothing else because you are busy in the city during the day anyways There could have been more options to hang up the towels close to the sink/ shower. Other than that there is nothing to say. It is very simple but modern and good value for the price.

Air conditioner was very weak

The room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing... for a 2 star hotel it exceeded our expectations

We enjoyed the cleanliness of hotel room as well as the staff; they tried their best to make us comfortable! We did not like the fact that the property was advertised as having air conditioning included, but the A/C was NOT working properly; the room was very warm, even with the “air conditioning” being turned on 24/7, along with curtains closed. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep comfortably under those conditions. The staff kindly provided us with 2 fans, which we greatly appreciated. We also did not like the location. Otherwise, the room was nice.

walking distance to the metro station. bathroom and shower. During our stay, the hot shower is not working. The heater inside the room is not working either. Uncomfortable to sleep especially during low temperature at night. ???

Perfect price/location/offer mix! Doesn’t have elevator that might be an issue for someone, but no critical points to raise
