Clean property the rooms looks new I didn't like the staff member's attitude called Colombo he wasn't polite enough to greet people in the reception other than that every thing was good

The shower waters are not good for hair and body

Additionally, the hotel rooms were very small compared to what we expected based on the photos and description. We hope the hotel management can take these points into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel didn’t have access to the underground parking, you need to walk to the only access which is not near the hotel entrance

I had requested an extra night thru Booking.com got a notification and when i arrived they did not have any confirmation the location was far from everything , and uber is very expensive in Milan the map didnt seem accurate when i booked the place. Restaurant staff was extremely short of personnel

Housekeeping is horrible

They canceled our booking a few hours before our arrival, which almost ruined our vacation.

Everything was perfect during our stay! The hotel surprised us with a lovely complimentary honeymoon room decoration, which made our trip even more special. After I checked out, I realized I had forgotten a pair of earrings (not expensive), and the hotel kindly found them and even emailed me about it. Truly excellent service and attention to detail - highly recommended! My mobile couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and when I called reception, they asked me to come down to fix it. I had already followed the steps they provided, but it turned out the room wasn't properly configured in the system. When they connected it at the desk, I noticed it was registered under a different room number. For a hotel of this level, I believe the staff should have assisted directly in the room instead of asking guests to come down for such an issue.

Was here for 7 nights. Recently built hotel. Room and bathroom is modern and extra clean. Well appointed room. Many outlets. Super comfy bed with superb sheets. Nespresso machine & real water kettle in room, bar fridge and secure safe for documents. Ideal hotel when in Milan for business, closely located to Linate Airport but rarely hear any planes. Well located next to park for joggers. Hotel dinning room well appointed and the morning buffet & meals are excellent, no reason to go out, complements to the kitchen team, prices very reasonable. Vending machines if needed at reception. Staff in all departments are friendly and helpful to ensure to meet your requests promptly. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time in Milan. About 25Eu taxi to Duomo or Galaria. Absolutely nothing !

We stayed 4 nights and we ate the same exact breakfast everyday , there was no many varieties

silence only towels were extremely dirty. even if we asked several times to renew the towels, non of them were clean. It was certain that, they don't wash them properly. The blood stains and other dirt were still on the towels. Staff didnt apologize and was not helpful, as if we are obliged to use them, as it is. In addition, though the weather were cold, no AC heating were working. Terrible hotel.

Everything is very good The A/C wasn't cooling good (room 610).

Amenities of the hotel such as the gym, breakfast buffet, price of car parking though it’s not free but reasonable, the room is quite big compared to rooms in many other hotels The location is a bit far from the city center
