Staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Great value for the price. The hotel is located a bit far from the center of town.

I am a person who is obsessed with cleaning, especially the toilets. The hotel room was exceptionally clean so I felt so comfortable. If I didn't have car, I wouldn't choose this location because there is only bus option in terms of transportation.

Clean, stylish, and a lovely staff.

Easy to get around hotel and staff accommodated us well with courtesy calls for taxis and helpful with information. Location was too far things and after some of our belongings were stolen on the train ride into Milan, we didn’t feel safe on public transport in the city. We spent quite a bit on fares. Breakfast was perfect! Anything and everything you could possibly want. Hotel fees were reasonable compared. Distance from things to see.

Staff wouldn’t bring the iron to your room. Expect you to go the it yourself, which is weird lol

Carmen, the hotel staff member, kindly helped us communicate with the rental company and followed up with them so they could come and collect the car. She stayed on top of the issue for nearly six hours and provided exceptional support. Marco also assisted us during this situation and was very helpful. The bed is very comfortable, cleanliness Nothing

The location, that it was pretty new. The bathroom was clean and big enough. The TV was an ok size. I like that the rooms don't have rug, that's a plus, it's cleaner. The wall was pretty dirty, not sure why it wasn't cleaned up. I cleaned some of the spots with wet wipes. We asked for the room to be made but when we arrived in the afternoon i hadn't been done, no toilette paper or tissues. But the lady came right in and do it quickly. The coffee was from a machine!!!!!!! nooooooooo

The staff was super friendly as soon as we arrived. Parking cost was low and so was the cost of breakfast. The value was on point and location to the public transit was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was just outstanding. It was quite and relaxing. Staff was super helpful on getting around the city. There wasn't to many places to eat nearby. Walking to the train was a bit shady at night.

The hotel was relatively clean and located away from the city noise, making it a quiet and comfortable place to stay. There were no slippers in the room when we arrived. We called the reception and waited about 30 minutes before someone came. There was no hair conditioner, and when I called, they said the hotel doesn’t provide it at all. There was also no bathrobe, and only one towel in the room — which was old and torn.

Genuinely a very comfortable stay! The bed was HEAVENLY. No complaints!
