Old furniture and no refrigerator on the room (but i need to say that in room's facilities is not mentioned the refrigerator, so the description is correct).

You can't have coffee or tea in the room, but you can have them at the reception.

Loved the free coffee at reception! The shower was a bit inconvenient. The shower design caused water to spill on the floor, and there were no floor towels to soak it up.

Keys

Newly renovated and clean. Lack of elevator was a bit problematic but the young man at the desk carried my suitcase up. The room is quite small for two people and there is nowhere to put the suitcases.

Good location and service from the staff

It's a simple but nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was small but very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was brand new and clean. The location was very good, central and close to the metro. Upon entering, they gave us bottles of water and some small things to eat. I have no negative comments to make

The hotel itself was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival were very nice. The toilet in our room leaked when we arrived, when we spoke to the staff they were helpful and offered us a different room to stay in which we accepted. The price seemed a lot for what it was. The room was pleasant enough but small and the beds felt very small also, only one pillow was provided. Although there was water and crisps provided, there was no tea or coffee facilities which I would expect for the price paid. We paid £600 for 2 nights in a twin room which you would expect a little more than travel lodge which we did feel was a fair comparison.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, we arrived during a metro strike, which made our first day a bit challenging, but everything went smoothly the next day, and we really enjoyed our time. A lovely touch was the welcome gift in our room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
