This a wonderful and charming place to stay. The host Sandro was extremely accommodating, helpful, and kind. His breakfast was the best we had in Italy during our entire 2 week trip. The location is not the best for access to cultural sites.

The property is as described, but the host, Sandro, makes it worthwhile. He makes an outstanding cappuccino! The guesthouse is on the 5th floor in a lovingly renovated and updated suite of rooms. I walked to the subway station about a mile away or took a taxi.

Great host. Very nice and clean. We had a wonderful sleep :) Parking was little bit challenging but there is a guarded garage aroiund the corner where we paid about 36 EUR per night

Alessandro, THANK YOU! We've really enjoyed our stay. The location of the guest house is optimal. Even though we were in Milano in the middle of beauty week, this area of the city was very quiet. It's just a few minutes of walking to the metro and 3-4 stations to the center. 10-12 minutes in total and you are in front of Duomo. The guest house is beautifully renovated with a certain charm to it. Alessandro took great care of us and made our stay warm and memorable, Thank you, Alessandro for everything!

Very cosy and comfortable. Sandro was most helpful with information. Lovely breakfast in the room. Difficult to park if there are no free parks on the street. We had to go to a parking station for 20 euros for the night.

Cozy place , fantastic breakfast, warm and welcoming host. Close to bus and train. Safe neighborhood. Charming and intimate and quiet at night, very clean. Flawless customer service. Highly recommend! Nothing no complaints at all. Host can not do enough for his customers.

Everything, just don’t hesitate to book it, clean comfortable, sandro is the nicest person in italy, the train station is 10 minutes walk and you can get to wherever you want to milan, I didn’t even need to use the car I rented haha There is no laundry service, it might cause a trouble if your clothes are limited, however there is a coin operated washing machine near by
