The room was very new and clean. Lots of good light. The check-in procedure was a disaster. The website says "to speed up your check-in do the online early check in". I tried but failed. That didn't stop the man answering the phone at the "customer service" number from yelling at me and telling me that because I didn't complete the early online check-in I was basically a "dummy". He actually raised his voice to me 2-3 times during our call.

The room was very spacious, the room had air conditioning which was great! I think It was a much more chill hotel experience. Only one staff member at the desk but was nice because It wasn’t some huge hotel. I did have a bit of a tough time finding the actual entrance to the hotel which I think could be an easy fix!

The room itself is nice, clean and spacious but the lift was broken so I had a hard time taking my luggage up the spiral staircase. (The lift hasn't been working for a while) No elevator

Had to pay 45 euros for late checkin and waited 45 minutes for someone to come for the checking though we informed the host the time we arrive. Very unresponsive host.

Very kind receptionist who was attentive and helpful. Nothing, the app for opening the front door was a little tricky.

A spacious room, very clean and with a nice design. The host was very kind to allow us an early check in. Great choice if you wish to stay for a couple of days in Milan.

You have to use a link to open the main gate which to me felt a bit cumbersome .. it means you need to have internet in your phone and always make sure it has enough battery to go back .. but other than that, very convenient stay

Comfortable bed (but poorly fitted bedsheets), nice bathrooms, spacious room. The staff was awkward and tried to clean the room multiple times when we said no and had a do-not-disturb sign-up. The location isn't as good as advertised, and checking in, etc., was too awkward. Didn’t replace complementary coffees and fairly sure they re-used our towels when I asked for all new ones.
