All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and it was well located in the centre of everything and near Milan Centrale A little bit of traffic noise, but not too bad

I would definitely stay here again. The concierge was just amazing on their service . The lounge soo chic and ladies serving were just great. Cleaning crew starts cleaning early and with rooms being very close by you can hear the noise but that’s if you’re trying to sleep in.

It was close to the train station and walkable to tourist spots. The staff were helpful - Andre, Kenneth, Jeff and Elizabeth . I also love your complimentary drinks and cookies in the mini fridge which are refillable for free every day ! I also like that you had a laundry room. Nothing
