Very convenient location, just a few steps away from the metro station Zara. Single room is small but practical. Staff members were always really friendly and took care about everything needed. Different stores are nearby and also a pharmacy.

Staff was friendly and helpful. 2 minutes from metro station, in 6 minutes you can arrive to Milano central station and in 12 to the duomo . Also pretty close to the airport ( Malpensa ) Room was clean and comfy . Big TV and big bathroom. Perfect value. We didn't know how to use the AC and sometimes it was really cold but we could turn it on and off so it wasn't really a problem in the end . Just be aware the train and tram is on the same street so expect to hear it often . From 1 am till 5 am usually there's no noise .

One of the finest hotels in Milan with best care from counter staff including Caterina, Amedeo & Demetrio. Ask any questions, any help or information, all 3 will attend you personally & help you. Good super markets opposite hotel & metro services very close. Very nice complimentary breakfast from them. Only noise of Tram which passes in front of hotel .

The staff was amazing. Really friendly and helpful. The metro was just outside the door, and a there was direct line to Duomo. Extra value for the available parking space.
