Friendly staff who made you feel welcome. Nice rooms that were well maintained and great air conditioning (critical in this heatwave). Very good breakfast. Lovely inner courtyard which was ideal for aperativo. No negatives - was very good value for money and exactly as expected from the hotel description.

Clean, spacious and updated Garden view was limited. Location was great for access to train station, but not so great for other things in the city. It’s a bit dead after 8-9 pm.

The staff was very nice and they provided us with iron and iron board as soon as we asked for it! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We would come back!

A wonderful hotel in a great area of Milan - would highly recommend. The location is near to some great restaurants, close to Centrale station but also easily accessible to the main parts of Milan via the metro. The hotel is beautifully designed, with all comforts considered. The staff were so helpful and attentive. I would also highly recommend the breakfast in the garden courtyard!

The air conditioning was wonderful and staff was extremely professional. The hotel is in a convenient location with metro lines. Bed was comfortable and the room was dark. Two times there was a strange, perhaps sewage smell, that dissipated quickly. The fitness center was welcome though the multi-use machine felt outdated.
